Progress continues at our Dye Fore Estates #14 build, designed by the notable Studio Fini Architecture, in La Romana, Dominican Republic. Interior finishes have begun installation post dry-in, along with exterior cladding, pool tile, and several other key design elements fabricated from local quarried stone. This house stands at over 10,000 square feet of covered indoor/outdoor living.
Currently in permitting, this project is a complete gut renovation and addition designed by local A.R. Poza Architect, taking its footprint to over 5,000 square feet under air. Designed for the site, this house has a completely private panoramic waterfront vie. Floor to ceiling doors and windows, along with a 2nd floor terrace off of the master bedroom define home this concept.

Projected completion at the end of 2025, featuring 2 two master bedrooms overlooking the famous 18th green at Dye Fore.
